Exploring Europe's copper heartland
Ajax Energies is a private exploration company pursuing copper opportunities across the Kupferschiefer Belt — one of the world's great sediment-hosted copper systems, stretching across Germany and Poland.

Australian discipline, European ground
Ajax Energies Pty Ltd is a privately held exploration company based in Perth. We bring a natural-resources background grounded in corporate finance and capital markets to the search for new copper supply in Central Europe.
Our interest is focused squarely on the Kupferschiefer Belt, where proven geology, established infrastructure and growing demand for secure, local sources of critical minerals come together.
Our focus
The Kupferschiefer Belt
The Kupferschiefer — German for "copper shale" — is a thin but remarkably extensive layer of metal-bearing sediment laid down across the floor of an ancient inland sea some 250 million years ago.
Rich in copper and silver, it has been mined for centuries and today underpins one of Europe's largest copper-producing districts in south-western Poland. Large parts of the belt, particularly at depth, remain under-explored.
With Europe seeking secure domestic supply of the metals needed for electrification, we believe the belt offers a compelling opportunity for disciplined, modern exploration.
